We designed the technological area of the restaurant. The difficulty was that the whole restaurant, as well as the kitchen, are located in the rock. And the working areas were distributed in accordance with the existing adits. In the technological area were installed: combi steamers, stoves, refrigerated cabinets, a warming cabinet, racks, as well as stainless equipment made at Dinox production base. In addition, for the convenience of work, we installed mechanical equipment: kneaders, dough sheeters, mincing machines and much more.
